When I was first asked to make the cake for JR’s birthday, the design was something more of the usual design for a 20 year old guy. I was supposed to make a cake with a basketball theme, but then it was changed to something more “exciting”. =D

For this design, I looked for inspiration from websites that are for interior designers. I looked for a typical bachelor pad and what kind of color schemes are present. So for this design I chose a black and white scheme but made it “wilder” by adding the animal print blanket which incidentally the lady on top of the bed didn’t use.

I made the cake topper to look sexy but still classy.I decided that she should wear a red lingerie to make her pop out of the black and white background.

This Angry Birds Cake isn’t a birthday cake but for a baptism. As I remember, baptism parties where a bit formal before but now themed parties for baptism like birthdays are becoming quite popular now. I remembered I also made a Plants vs Zombies cake for a baptism back when the game was very popular.

Together with the cake 80 pieces of individually boxed cupcakes were ordered.I think they’ll be using them as giveaways also aside from the usual souvenir that’s given at this kind of gatherings. All the cupcakes are also individually tagged with stickers too.

It’s been awhile since I made another basketball cake. The last time I made a basketball cake it was a Boston Celtics cake, now this time I made a cake for a Los Angeles Lakers fan. I wonder which basketball team will I be making next?

Men love watches like women love bags and/or shoes. So Jessica decided to surprise her “manfriend” with an Oris watch cake. This cake is based on the Oris TT3 model.

This was a challenging cake to make since there are a lot of details on the watch that I modeled this cake after but it’s all worth it when you see that your work is well appreciated. Thank you Jessica for the comment you posted and I’m glad that RJ loved your surprise.

For my 9th version of the Pororo Cake. I changed Poby’s attire instead of him just wearing the usual blue jumpsuit that I usually make him wear, I made him wear jeans and T-shirt. Also this is the first time I used my snowflake shaped embosser.
