This is my 2nd time to make a cake based on Strawberry Shortcake. This time I added her pets pupcake and custard. For the cupcakes, I made Strawberry Shortcake’s hat, strawberries, and flowers as caketoppers.

Hello there Mr. Potter…Excited about my first Harry Potter cake. My husband has a complete set of hardcover of Harry Potter books and usually reserves way ahead of time before a new book comes out. So I consulted him on the design of this cake. I made cake too look like a book. Then I added several iconic objects in the book like the Sorting Hat, Harry’s glasses, a Gryffindor scarf, and a Snitch. I also made a little Harry Potter on top of the cake. Then I used a Harry Potter font to write “Happy Birthday Luke” on the cake.

This cake is based on the movie adaptation of the story of Rapunzel. I colored the cake base green to make it look like the tower is between a meadow filled with grass which I also added flowers to break the monotony of green. On the tower, I created Rapunzel with her golden hair dangling down.
